About Me
I'm Cade Lambert, an Operations Engineer
I have been in the IT industry for over 15 years. I have experience in a wide variety of systems and hardware. I've worn many hats in my career, from humble beginnings as a desktop support technician, fixing network printers and installing Microsoft Office, to my current role as an operations engineer where I develop automation systems that help me better serve my customers through thoughtfully designed automation solutions.
I've worked in all sizes of organizations, from the biggest companies in the world, to small software companies, to contracting my services out to local clients, so I understand what it takes to provide the kind of customer support that builds strong client relationships and lasting business connections.
